Campaign Story
I first met Temidayo in her 2nd year as a law student in the College of Law, Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti when she took one of the courses that I taught, Labour Law. I got closer to her during the course of the year and got to know that she had quite a lengthy journey getting her desired course, Law, as she had initially gotten into a school that had no accreditation for the program, took A levels and Jamb again, got admitted into a social science course, before starting again in the College of Law, Abuad to study her desired course, Law! Unfortunately, shortly after this, her family ran into financial crises that made her leave school for 5 years and all other attempts to get a degree or alternative courses failed. Until she returned to ABUAD in 2020 and finally graduated in 2023!  In all, it took her 15 years to get this degree from leaving secondary school in 2008 to graduating in 2023. Her story of resilience, persistence and victory despite all odds, drew me to her and I decided to interview her on my Youtube Channel. You can watch the full interview here. It was during the interview that I realised it was not yet over for Temidayo as she still has an outstanding balance of 4,478,000 naira to clear before she can collect her certificate and be able to move on with her career. Please help Temidayo to actually finish her program by donating towards the payment of her school fees. Your donations will help her to be able to have victory indeed in her pursuit of education and a Law Degree.  Thank you Ifeoluwa Olubiyi, College of Law, ABUAD
